二 | 从起诉对象来看，案件涉及韩国国家权力体系多个核心部门。前总统尹锡悦和夫人金建希，以及前国家安保室长申源湜、前国家安保室第一次长金泰孝等尹锡悦政府总统府核心官员均被起诉;此外，军方、检察系统、国家情报院等多位前高官均被起诉。     　　此次特别检察组规模庞大，包括临时派遣及在职人员在内，共有251人参与调查，国防部、国家情报院、国税厅等部门也派出专业人员协助。不过，尽管调查规模和持续时间均创下较大规模，仍有大量案件未能在调查期限内结案。特别检察组最终将46起案件、涉及150人的调查事项移交警察国家调查本部继续处理。     　　韩国第二综合特别检察组特别检察官权昌荣当天表示，围绕前总统尹锡悦政府涉嫌“内乱”的案件涉及人员众多、组织性强且持续时间长，仅依靠6个月的特别检察调查“不可能彻底解决”，建议成立由多个调查机构组成的长期常设特别调查本部，继续追查相关案件。(总台记者 张昀)。
